Access comes from two layers: a workspace role, plus optional per-person toggles an admin sets on Settings, People.
Workspace roles
Role | Who | What they can do |
Member | Default for most staff | Feed, Jobs, Safety, Toolbox, Inductions, Media, Settings, Profile, Trash. No Reports and no admin settings. |
Admin | Workspace administrators | Everything a Member has, plus Reports, all admin Settings tabs, invites, people, categories, locations, area settings, entities and billing. |
Super Admin | SprintSuite platform operators | Admin access, plus Settings, Appearance (logo and theme). Only Super Admins can refresh the shareable invite link and revoke pending invites. |
Per-person toggles
Admins turn these on for individual people. Admins and Super Admins already have all of them.
Toggle | What it allows |
Can edit others | Edit or delete other people's live posts |
Can manage Toolbox | Create and manage Toolbox sections, articles and forms, and restore deleted sections |
Can manage Inductions | Create and edit induction courses |
Can review form responses | See Form responses, open submissions and resend failed emails |
Exclude from reports | Removes the person from engagement reports. Their access doesn't change. |
Locations | Controls which location-targeted Feed, Toolbox and Inductions content they see when location limits are on |
SprintFeed roles vs SprintSuite roles
On People, each person may also show a Sprintsuite role and a Role & permission set. These labels come from SprintSuite and are read-only. They don't change whether someone is an Admin or Member in SprintFeed. They are used to filter people in Coordinator questions on HSE forms.
