SprintFeed in the SprintSuite mobile app

How workers access SprintFeed in the SprintSuite app, how their accounts are created, and how lockouts work.

Workers use SprintFeed inside the SprintSuite app, not the web admin layout. They see Feed, Jobs, Safety, Toolbox and Inductions, filtered by location rules and category lockouts.

How worker accounts are created

  1. A worker signs into the SprintSuite app for the first time under their company.

  2. If the company is linked to SprintFeed, an account is created and they're placed in your workspace. Existing users matched by email or SprintSuite identity can also sign in.

  3. If they need linking or approval, admins see a banner on the web: N new mobile app user(s) need review.

  4. Click Review to approve or match them. To approve everyone at once, confirm Approve all in this company?

Web invites and mobile sign-ups are separate paths. Someone invited on People still has to accept the invite.

Required reading and lockouts

Category settings can require acknowledgement and lock the app after a set number of logins. When that happens, the worker sees Required reading with Acknowledge N posts to continue using the app. They can't use other areas until those posts are done, or they can Sign out.

Mandatory on first login locks the app straight away for critical items. The same applies to mandatory induction courses, which show Open course until completed.
