Onboarding a list

The bulk upload skips duplicates, invalid emails, existing members and people already invited. Pending invites show under Pending Invitations until accepted.

Manage a person

Find the person in Team Members, then:

  • Change their Role with the dropdown. It saves automatically.

  • Assign Locations and turn permission toggles on or off. See SprintFeed: Roles and permissions.

  • Click Get sign-in link to copy a one-time link for someone who can't receive email.

  • Click Edit user to change their display name or email.

Categories

  1. Pick a colour, type a New category name and click Add.

  2. Click a category to set Lockout after (number of logins before the app locks), Mandatory on first login, Safety blasts, and Publish from / Hide after.

  3. Drag to reorder.

The system categories Jobs, Safety Alert and Inductions can't be renamed or deleted, but their other settings can change. Deleting a custom category leaves its posts uncategorised.

Locations

Enter a New location name and click Add, then assign people on People. Deleting a location removes it from any posts and people linked to it.

Entities

Click Add entity and enter the Entity name, Application UID and API token from SprintSuite Settings, API. Each operating entity needs its own key for SprintSuite role sync.

Trash

Trash is in the sidebar footer and holds deleted posts, articles and, for Toolbox managers, sections.

  • Restore puts the item back where it was.

  • Delete forever removes it along with its reactions, views, acknowledgements and questions. This can't be undone.
