Use this when every new project should start with a plan, and new lines should allow times.
Go to Settings → Job / Project Settings.
Turn on Automatically create Project Plan if a plan should be created when the first line is added to a project quote.
Turn on Allow times on by default if new plan lines should allow times.
Plans and lines you have already built stay as they are.
